First things first, all contact info is kept
PRIVATE and will only be used to communicate with you about your purchase and HPA promotions.
Second things second, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless we made a mistake.
The HPA strives to ship your order quickly and accurately. However, our Merch gnome (I mean girl… person… she’s a person!) is only human, sometimes we make mistakes. If your order contains a mistake, you are entitled to a refund or a product exchange as long as it falls within our time specifications below.
MISSING PACKAGES: You must offer confirmation that the address you submitted when ordering was your correct address. We can only honor reshipments or refunds for missing parcels within 60 days of the shipment date. If you do not contact us before the 60 days, we will be unable to offer you a refund or reshipment for missing packages. Reshipments are sent via Priority mail.
ERRORS: We can only honor exchanges or refunds for errors within 60 days of the shipment date. If you do not contact us before the 60 days, we will be unable to offer you an exchange or refund for any errors in your order.

A few notes about shipping:
Please allow 7-14 days for shipping domestic and 14-30 days for shipping international before emailing us about your order.
Please check that your mailing address is correct BEFORE submitting your order. Any orders sent out to wrong addresses provided when ordering merch will not be reshipped until they are returned to us.
