it is our choices that make us who we are as individuals and as a society. For all of us in the US who will be "of age" by this November we need to WROCK the vote and exercise our choice on who the next President of the United States will be.
The HPA and the Wizard Rock community teamed up over this past summer to encourage people to get registered to vote. By having two volunteers at every wrock show this summer, the HPA and the Wizard Rock community helped get over 200 people registered to vote!
Now that summer tours are over, the Wizard Rock the Vote campaign is branching out to encourage voters to be educated and get involved in this election! The next step in wrocking the vote is to learn about the issues and the candidates. The HPA is asking that you get involved by having a debate party!
Hosting a debate party is easy! Just have friends, some food, a few fun games (with political themes, of course), and a tv to watch the debate! Alternatively, you can join us online on the forums to discuss the debate with other HPA members. (For more information on Debate Parties, check out this blog.
