Back in 2009, Pam was appalled to learn that there was no HPA Chapter in New York. The only solution: start her own. And NYDA was born. Shortly thereafter in January 2010, Pam joined Chapters Staff as the Community Chapters Prefect. In the Muggle world, Pam creates books and e-products to teach teenagers and adults English. She also enjoys catching up on the latest episodes of Doctor Who, House and Survivor.

The Sorting Continues…

My Chapter NYDA is helping the New Beginnings Charter School build their Imagine Better Library. We have been there once before to help sort the books generously donated by HPA members and Chapters, but there are so many that a second sorting session was in order. Since our last visit, even more books had arrived. We had our work cut out for us.
