On Ending Slavery
The Harry Potter novels talk about the importance of everyone’s freedom. One of the most tragic issues in our world is that slavery still exists in the form of human trafficking. Nick Kristoff talks about how we can fight that.

My friend is holding an event this year on April 3, in ohio called Unbound. It is a gathering where people will pray to help those currently being enslaved.

well not only can we pressure government officials in our country and others to ban these kinds of operations, but this guy who wrote the article, Nicholas Kristof, actually bought two girls out of their slavery and helped them start over. couldn’t the hpa raise money for that cause as well?
