We have lost all the women in my family to breast cancer... so far.... I am going to change that trend.
But thank you for reminding people that it is breast cancer awareness month!

After a double mastectomy and 8 long weeks of chemotherapy, she was pronounced cancer-free. It was a hard time for her and for my family, and even though we are very happy that she&#039;s healthy again, the worry will never disappear - it&#039;s impossible to know for sure that the cancer won&#039;t come back someday. I can&#039;t tell you how much I appreciate the HPA&#039;s willingness to spread the word about a truly horrible disease.</description>
