13 pounds! Congrats Matt that’s awesome!!! It is amazing and frustrating how life can get in the way of changing your life ;) All I can say to you and to those taking this challenge with you is: Keep on! Start each day with a beginners mind – meaning, look at today as though today is the first day of your program. It’s so hard, I can attest to that. But you can do it, YES YOU CAN! Have a great tour Matt!

What happened to this? It’s a shame to see something so great started and then just forgotten. It could have inspired alot of people to get healthy… which is something we desperately need in today’s overweight society.

I was hoping that this would continue… It was really inspiring to me to see people I am familliar with struggling with the same sort of problems I am. I was especially disappointed that they older videos were taken down. :(

On a side note, congratulations on the 13 pounds that you lost way back when.

And your cat totally winked at us. :)
