    Thanks for the great exercise tips. It’s hard for me to find time to exercise right now, but at least I walk everywhere. I hate the gym. I like exercising without feeling like it’s exercise — hiking, aikido, playing basketball, rowing, etc. Also, it’s great to get out your house and spend time outdoors whenever you can.

    Hey, I think you’re inspiring. I’ve just started my own weightloss challenge. I’m reducing my food intake to a healthy level and adding physical activity to my day. I started with a walk this morning around my neibourhood. I’m afraid of the gym, as our school gym is more geared for those already relativly fit.
    Well, good luck, Matt! Thanks for the push to get active.
